Living from a positive mindset is not a pipe dream. I have been living from a positive perspective for years. It doesn't mean I don't encounter stress or sad feelings, it means I have the skills and tools necessary to thrive regardless of my circumstances. I bounce back from difficult times much faster now, and so can you.
Providing mindset tools is something I am passionate about. In 2006 I experienced a severe mental breakdown that left me hospitalized for 6 weeks. When I left the psych ward it took me a year to come off all the medications I had been placed on. It took me another 4 years to recover and get to a place emotionally where I was thriving. In 2013 I wrote my first book Practice Positive: How to reduce stress, negativity and overwhelm so you can enjoy life more. It was a labour of love for me. I have read hundreds of books, attended dozens of workshops and seminars, and tried every healing modality and alternative therapy to help me cope with stress and create work/life balance. I found what works for me, and developed tools to share with others. I went through my personal version of hell so that others don't have to.
